Before booking your adventure with Kuber Bali Adventure, please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and an unforgettable experience. By making a reservation, you agree to adhere to these terms, which include important information about cancellations, minimum age requirements, safety protocols, and other policies that apply to our activities. Your understanding of these conditions will help us provide you with the best possible adventure in Bali.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Bookings can be made online through our website or via phone/email.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity will not be refunded.
• In the case of weather-related cancellations, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Minimum Age & Health Requirements

• The minimum age for ATV tours is 13 years old.
• Participants must not exceed 65 years old.
• Pregnant women or those with serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate.
• All participants must be in good health and able to physically handle the activities.

Safety & Conduct

• All participants must follow the instructions provided by the tour guides and staff.
• Safety gear (helmets, life jackets, etc.) must be worn at all times during the activity.
• Kuber Bali Adventure is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from failure to adhere to safety guidelines.

Liability & Insurance

• Kuber Bali Adventure provides comprehensive insurance coverage during all activities.
• Kuber Bali Adventure is not liable for personal injuries or accidents outside the provided insurance coverage.
• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.

Payments

• All payments must be made in full before the start of the activity.
• We accept payments through credit card, debit card, or cash.
• Prices listed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International customers may be charged in local currency.

Weather & Conditions

• Activities may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, you will be informed in advance.
• Kuber Bali Adventure reserves the right to alter the planned route or activity depending on weather, safety, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• By making a booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Photography & Media

• Kuber Bali Adventure may take photos and videos during the tours. By booking with us, you consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
• You may also take photos and videos during your experience, provided they do not interfere with the activity or safety protocols.

Special Offers & Discounts

• Special offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or custom services.

Group Bookings

• Group bookings may be subject to different terms. Please contact us directly for group pricing and arrangements.

Additional Terms
